Yes they should

Some clients use them for Amazon Prime in Germany and they work.

But would be nice to test it yourself

I replace the email if the inbox doesn't work, or if there's a problem with username/pass

I can't test the Edu Emails with all the possible methods you could use it for. They are limitless uses for Edu Emails. That's on your part.
