That first change happened a while ago. The only reason it's not out today is because of a mess up weeks ago where Sir jokingly said it would be released on Mondays from now on. A few members took it seriously, and didn't have their articles in until then. It's still Sunday news, and a few late editions isn't going to kill anyone (though it would likely take me first, if it could).
