I've tested this multiple times (On friends, Other computers etc.)

Take the .exe out of that. Just use Name and Download Link, other options are advanced.

Is it executing and connecting when using your friends computers?

If not, then make sure when you've crypted the file, it hasn't corrupted it. If your crypter has a start-up option, then don't tick it, use the startup option on the Blackshades RAT as sometimes the crypters corrupt the server.
