It's inurl:"%Inject_Here%" and not "inject code"
Also, it sucks. Terribly.
Because
%Inject_Here% Is the default string of the SQLi program known as Havij to perform custom-made Injections. Basically, it crawls sites that has been used by Havij so many times they got freakin' Google indexed. Trying those sites is basically re-inventing the wheel, or whatever-relevant-quote they say.
