Does this use proxies? Adblue and Adfly recognize the same IP addresses over and over again and begin to lower your rates and eventually you will be earning nothing from a bot.

I appreciate your answer but I've used adfly and adblue multiple times and my statement is true. Consecutive visits and clicks for an ad on the same IP address lowers the amount of money per click, but only from that ip, it will not lower your overall rate.

What do you mean they don't share traffic? Also would you mind explaining me the measures taken to make sure the adfly and adblue accounts are not closed for fraud?
