If you choose the method to where you generate it after you've uploaded a file, chosen a clone site, and a domain, a link should be at the top once you click the "Generate" button.

I don't want the link, I want the actual Applet so I can upload it my site with the cloned site etc. I have managed to do it once but I have no clue how I did it.

Look at the picture I linked above, above the message theirs an option to download the files. At the moment we just developed the system, but were going to make a generate panel dedicated to being able to uploading it to your own site. It will generate you your unique .HTML file for you to upload to your web site.

The execution itself will be FUD, but we don't encrypt the file you upload. So it's not really necessary to crypt your server before spreading, but to be safe I would, as it would make your installs last longer.
