Story & proof:

I were exchanging 20 LR for PP money and he offered 27.50 $ for it.

He then told me to send the money to his LR and here is the proof:

1 - 2 days after I PM him and asking what happened with my money as he didn't send 27,50 USD to my PP then he said random shit about his problems as he said in his other scam reports.

And now he is just ignoring me, I have tried to PM him but he just ignores me:

Don't deal with him mate. He scams regular members as they can't -rep him but he does legit exchange with ubers. I upgraded after the scam report.
EDIT: Note that the guy won't post in thread for exchange but he only PM's regular members.
