Yes, this is noob proof in fact. What CPA stands for is Cost Per Action. I teach you a method in which I use to generate a nice income for me on the net. You get leads, which are signups or registrations, etc, and you get paid for it. You can use File Ice, Share Cash or other networks, like CPALead.
