It is, I have been using it for over a week consistantly on a VM so I could have to different ip addresses and encrypted traffic. I vouch for this product, and have mentioned it many times in my own tutorials. If there are issues he will sort them out, I haven't had any yet, and I am on the german server. Thanks Enigma for the awesome cheap VPN!

I would like to say this VPN is pretty..pretty..pretty..pretty damned good.
The seller is friendly and helpful, I asked him a few questions before purchasing and he responded quickly and patiently.
