ISR stealer 0.4 (Webpanel)

ISR stealer is a tool made by Y.xakep and Tinkode, credits to Cobein, 7, Bilal Ghouri,
SqUeEzEr, Rtflol and Nirsoft team. This tool is coded in VB6
and I tested that it's very simple to crypt. PHP files are indetectable and it's very stable
