Really good offshore host, vouch for Ganja c:. I was looking at tons of hosts but none of them would allow the uploading of booter stuff but Dex Hosts did :D. My only complaint right now is that my site is down and I can't log in to my cPanel, pretty sure I'm not being DDoSed either.
