I've been looking for a legit web developer for a long time now. Well the truth is; I suck with developing sites, I'm just really good at hacking into them. So I am making this site, it's for hacking tutorials. I made the template with css/html. I just need help making an admin page and a system that lets me keep adding tutorials etc. Can you help with this? I pay generously.
