The e-book contains a lot of useful information to help you win the majority of non-receipt/not as described type claims with some neat tricks but it's not exactly 100% accurate. PayPal seller and buyer protections do NOT cover intangible goods in any way regardless of the information that you provide them. PayPal will usually side with the buyer on these claims unless the seller can provide a lot of information to prove the buyer was aware that the product was a virtual/intangible good and that the buyer did in fact receive it (usually chat/email logs are enough although calling PayPal and telling them that you have delivered the service as promised can do the trick too). Unauthorized disputes are basically untouched in the e-book and also where the majority of the problems with disputes arise.

This book it legit! It has a method I have never seen before on winning disputes, both as a buyer and seller. This is a must have if you deal a lot online. The grammar was good, the layout was simple but did not need to be fancy and it was both text images. All and all a great ebook if you are a online entrepreneur. VOUCH!
