Remember if this is KVM and you install the minimal templates you must install few modules, if this is OpenVZ then I will more than gladly look into this.

We do not allow DDoS or DoS from our VPS.
Anyone found doing this will get their vps terminated, ip banned from all of our websites and then black listed (email + ip)

I was trying to order but everytime I tried to order it would give me a error saying I need to add a card to my paypal account even though I have more then the required money to pay for it.

Seems weird :S

It is instant activation, but you tried to re-install Windows OS 3 times and has the vps to cause some errors from the log.
We fixed it and now you should be able to VNC over the VPS and finish installing Windows.
