Please open a support ticket on your account or PM me here your e-mail address and ill check the problem for you.
Remember if this is KVM and you install the minimal templates you must install few modules, if this is OpenVZ then I will more than gladly look into this.

Are DoS services allowed? It's not under the not allowed list.

@Google Bot
We do not allow DDoS or DoS from our VPS.
Anyone found doing this will get their vps terminated, ip banned from all of our websites and then black listed (email + ip)

I was trying to order but everytime I tried to order it would give me a error saying I need to add a card to my paypal account even though I have more then the required money to pay for it.

Seems weird :S

Thank you very much for the vouch brother. Appreciate, specially from someone who is a successful webhoster.

@Psilocin
You will have to send a personal payment to our PayPal, and not from our client area and then submit a ticket saying you paid with Transcation ID ###

@leetspace
Thank you, and also for the vouch.
Your 2nd VPS is ready to be used too.

@OGMartin
Thank you for the purchase.
I saw a recent purchase of a Windows VPS.
Please allow Windows OS to install as it takes time to install.

@OGMartin
It is instant activation, but you tried to re-install Windows OS 3 times and has the vps to cause some errors from the log.
We fixed it and now you should be able to VNC over the VPS and finish installing Windows.
