If you're indeed on the VPN your only other option would be to contact the owner of the VPN.

You're supposed to be using 5.3.1F after that the only Darkcomet would be Darkcomet Legacy which isn't intended to be used for ratting, more like a teamviewer.

That's what you should be on. Not sure what you mean by because of some type of "encryption", lol. Your firewall was disabled, but your AV may have not been. If I may ask, where did you get your DC download from?

Aha i will when i can get a working encrypter seen as how when i run my RAT with my firewall and AV turned off it still dosnt pop up in DarkComet

( im using port 1981 and its open )
