No-ip diesnt work in Darkcomet.

No it is NECESSARY to portforward if you plan on using DarkComet.

However, there are several rats that do not require portforwarding such as iControl.

Is it necessay to put ip address static everytime. Since whenever i try to connect then i have to put to ip address static. Is there any alternative ?

Connect what?
Having a dynamic or static IP doesn't effect you in any way.

You can still RAT with a dynamic/static IP. It doesn't matter.

connection with the victim via dynamic ip doesnot work for me. It works with static ip.
