You can get steam game gifts and keys.
I can not give you a time scale, it depends on how much effort you put into it. For a $50 game it might take a bit longer.
It's a random selection of games, but a huge amount of them, you're more than likely to find the game that you want on there.

Fair enough, now, my simple question is:-
Why don't you do this yourself? It's not like there isn't demand for steam games (Tf2outpost, bazaar.tf, etc...), so, there must be a downside.
This looks nice, sad I can't buy it, don't have the cash.

I don't have the time, I work 45 hours a week on a nightshift supervisor job, it's difficult for me to get time to do stuff like this.
