yes. you use packet sniffing software like cain and abel, commview, wireshark etc. these can be obtained through this site or searching on your own. also, there are tutorials on how to use these on the site, just use the search function. good luck👍

no this program would'nt proberly take down anything depends what cpu/computer base/specs you have because it just uses you're computers resources

port 80 since its always open because its used by Web-Browsers

It says UDP Flooder by GameOver.exe stop working and it dont open

You must have the other file to the same folder not just the .exe
