This means the problem is either coming from your no-ip or from your portforwarding.

Also what RAT client are you using?
Did you add mutex to your server?

I'm using DarkComet.

I generated it like five times, before and now - still no difference.

This is my port forwarding setup.

This is my port that I'm listening to in DC
http://prntscr.com/1o8906

Proof it works? http://prntscr.com/1o89uy

I think I might be using an older version of DC, I don't know what you can interpret from this but the folder name of my DC is...
DarkCometRAT531 I can't determine what version that is, I bet you can.

You didn't answer one of my questions, are you using mutex on DC? Remove it.
Also try to forward your ip adress instead of your ipv4adress.
5.3.1 is the latest version for RATs.
Also make sure you are using the same dns on DUC no-ip as the same to the one you used on your server.

Cant think of anything else.. sorry

There's no option to add an external IP, and when I remove the mutex the stub won't build.

Mutex makes your server NOT run if it has been already run on the machine, this might be causing your problem.
Try change the mutex and try again.
I have done that already, didn't work.

EDIT: I've come to the conclusion that everything I've done is correct, because I know I have done it all right. It's no-ip bugging, in the dark comet help file it stated that it's not as reliable as DyDNS, but I'm not going to risk purchasing a DyDNS server just yet. I'll see if someone else is more helpful with my situation, thanks for attempting to help me though.

Your stub is being detected and blocked by your Antivirus.
This is why you must disable all Antivirus protection and firewalls on your computer (Including windows defender).

After this has been done, if you still keep experiencing the same problem in sandboxie, open sandboxie, right click, delete contents. This will delete all the files you ever opened in it.

These two problems should be fixed now. Post again if something is still not right.

When i do disable it, it seems to work aside from that, when i give my stub to another person it doesnt work at all. But for me it works. Any ideas?

Make sure you are using your no-ip dns instead of your local host (127.0.0.1) when building your server. Make sure you have DUC no-ip updater open aswell.
You cant tell if your server if working or not by just testing on another person. There could be many things which would make it not work...such a AVs detecting it, especially if it not crypted.

Add me on skype: OhhBlxrr

The problem there is that the port you are listening is already in use. You must be listening to the port on another program, or even Darkcomet itself. If you are sure you are not already listening to the port, restart your computer and that should fix your problem.
