We had some problems the first go around, due to communication confusion and some errors on my part. He frequently goes offline, but he is probably really busy. So, reply times were long... But, he was understanding and completed the service until I was satisfied and everything was working! I recommend this user :)

He completely walked me through the process and directed me to a better RAT. Very amazing service!
