Should really know the basics for anatomy before you go into a style such as anime. Like how the neck is almost the same width as the head, but just a little slimmer, the distance from boths eyes is around 1 whole eye, and all that. The last one is your best one (is it asuna? >.>) But yea. Some positioning of the features could be fixed too, but keep practicing :P

The last drawing is just fine, I like it. But the third repulses me, something wrong with the eyes.

OP, how can one get started on drawing well? Not really anime drawings, but drawing in general. I end up doing LQ bullshit when I give drawing a shot

It really isn't too bad. Someone mentioned learning to draw anatomy earlier. My suggestion for this (What I did) is to go to a local used book store and buy a book on it. One that has sketches like what you would think of in a health textbook (Skeletal/muscular/nervous/etc. systems) as well as skin and normal drawings. Just observing and trying to recreate what you see is incredibly helpful.

They are all pretty decent but I would suggest either buying a book about the style of drawing and how to draw the different features or watching a series of videos about the matter. Also, if you haven't already, try looking or printing off an image of a character and try to copy their features as best you can.

Lol, the difference between the Asuna one and the one I did before was that I watched like three videos on it.

Did you trace these? Sorry to say but they all look pretty traced to my eye..
