Most likely getting questioned by administration and cops tomorrow at school.

What are my rights? What can I say etc? How far can the school cops go? and actual police officers? I am not the direct source of crime.

If we know what you did, we'd be able to help.
The more truthful you are the less trouble. Don't be a dumb shit and lie, if you don't feel comfortable in front of admins tell to just cops. They'll help you out if anything happened to you, or you were partner of the direct source.
Involved video of sex of a student revealed from an ex boyfriend, I did not send it, but people are pointing false accusations to multiple people. It involves many students, including a whole sports team.

Prove it to them, give them your number contact info and the host of the phone. If you didn't send/ have it then the phone company would know on their logs. They can see messages, SMS and MMS. If you saw it tell them you saw it and give the kids name whos phone had it. If you are saying you had nothing to do about it but knew about it and maybe told someone tell them that and you'll be good. Maybe a detention or suspension for a few days.
You don't have to talk. You have the right to remain silent. School cops can usually do whatever regular cops can do, and if they can't get it done they just contact the regular cops. Also some will BS you and say they have evidence of something they don't, do not be fooled.

Sometimes its best to be honest and talk though. Its really your call, it depends on the circumstance and what the police know.

If this is all it is and you are not the "direct source", then why the fuck are you worried?

Something like that is highly illegal, and you'll just look more suspicious if you don't say shit.

I was stupid and received it, but deleted it afterwards, but so has half of the school, but a guy who did send it to other people is friend with me.
The exboyfriend who did leak it, talked to me, saying people said I had it, which I don't, he just told me the cops are involved and trying to figure out who has it, he told me to tell everyone I know to delete it, the girl is pressing charges, even though she fixed the camera and knew about the whole thing.
I hope I see cops at my school tomorrow. A video of a girl was spread around of a girl and it was sexual. OP I wanna see it be you LOL Sorry

Did you ask for it? This will help in your case.

School officers do not have the same authority as the officers that patrol the streets. That's why they're "school officers".
Never talk to the cops, get a lawyer, then talk to them. Hack forums isn't going to give you the best answer, why you decided to come to a hacking forumto talk about a sexual abuse case I have no idea, maybe your 13 or something.
Even if you did nothing they use your words to make sure you get some sort of punishment. If you don't believe me try your chances and come back, i'd love to see the outcome.

Or he can be a smart cookie and use a audio recorder and video recorder to proof they twisted words. Lawyers often fuck up too.

A few things I'd say (some of which are things I HAVE said but tailored to your specific "situation").

"I neither confirm nor deny any allegations at this time"
"I will not speak without an appointed representative to whom I have spoken beforehand"
"I do not consent to unlawful search and seizure of private property as there are neither supported accusations nor forensic evidence of my phone having ever sent or been in possession of the video(s)"
" ... " <-- say NOTHING... probably among the best options...
