Yes this has been newly added ... You can define two numbers : min delay and max delay the bin will generate a random value between these values and use it for the delayed execution ...

What NL2TP said. You can set time between seconds, and delay will be picked randomly between those two.

What PatPositron said, so yes. You can install new windows from disk or external HDD, but who would want to do that instead of completing a small survey.
