Why are sticky threads above other threads when it comes down to which rules applies to which? These 3 threads have nothing to do with this section. I just want to know the reasoning behind this beyond "omni loves his shekels" or something.

Sticky Prices are depending upon in which section you want your Sticky in. And Hence you can stick your topic anywhere you want! :)

Because you Pay For it, And the Rule changes after You pay! Thats a Rule Omni has Made :P SO its nothing about breaking the rule!
