Thread Creation for Ub3r Only

Great! Lets hope the amount of scamming decreases.
This is a smart move that I support greatly. There have been a large number of scammers lurking this section and now we have peace of mind.
Bravo Omni, bravo, thank you for this update, was getting tired of all the sketchy post. Nothing but a waste of space. Good update!

Emma Watson is Bae

Win win I guess for OMC. It forces them to use exchanges to trade currencies if they want to sell their OMC.

Not to mention the large majority of scams I've seen in here were by UB3Rs. I think pinning a few members actions on a whole group isn't the right thing to do, however I have been loving some of your other changes just not this one.

The majority of scams I've seen were from L33T members, not UB3R. I've seen way to many chargebacks recently from L33Ts with decent reputations.

We're sick and tired of scammers when it can easily be prevented.

It's absolutely ridiculous to say that removing L33Ts will have some huge impact on the amount of scams, most people are very wary when dealing with non-UB3Rs. I am very active in this area of the marketplace and extremely disappointed this has been implemented especially because the majority is done by UB3Rs.
Thank you very much Omni. Now I hope the scamming should be on low level.

Chargebacks are the problem? Well L33Ts could still go buy from exchangers and just chargeback, it would have the same effect. I get that an UB3R is on most occasions more trusted but they have the same capacity and a little less probability of scamming.
Damn so I guess I can't exchange then eh? :/

I believe the solid facts and evidence would go against you in the end if that statement you made.
I is here

Maybe you should apply for Ub3r and pray to Omni that you get accepted so you don't have this problem?

This has simply cut down on scamming. I'd say 7/10 scams are performed by L33T members with less than 50 reputation.

Chargebacks will still occur, but now members can't create threads saying they're buying BTC for PayPal, and go on a huge scam spree.

Already applied twice, but that's beside the point. UB3Rs are slowly monopolizing the marketplace but just watch the scam reports from the currency exchange won't drop by more than 5%, if that.

7/10? Maybe on the rest of the forums, not in the currency exchange people are much more cautious here, and did you just agree with me?

I don't really agree with that, a lot of new members just upgrade to l33t, gain reputation and trust fairly quickly and just scam for more than what they paid l33t for and it would be more than worth it for them.

On top of that I've gotten scammed more by l33ts regarding currency exchanges than Ub3rs.

This is exactly what happens.

Most of the time it's ban evaders who make a new account, purchase L33t, do a few 5-10 cent BTC or OMC giveaways, get 50 positive rep, do some exchanges from PayPal to BTC, and then charge back on everyone who they exchange with.

I've seen it happen way too many times.
