Ooh, yea, this anonymous thread is much better than the one I was looking at before. Always heard about TrueCrypt but no idea on how to set it up. That part definitely helped a lot!

Excellent tutorial. Well detailed and informative. Encrypting the hard drive was nice also. Encrypt the hd. Add a vm in the encrypted hd. Use tor browser to find your VPN service. Purchase the VPN with bitcoin.
Would have liked to hear about proxy chains.

I suppose I can elaborate more in the proxy side of things, when I get some spare time again I will revise it.
