Try navigate to C:\Program Files\GnuWin32 that is the location. If you don't have any thing like that, read the TUT again. Especially no.7.

it just open when i click and disappears within sec,then i open up my rat but cannot see myself effected

That's not a problem. It will disappear in a sec. If RAT not works in your PC, then try it with your friend's PC.

You did not follow what I mentioned. Right click on the bat file click "Edit" then copy from "http://" to "=" and paste it in your browser.

I did this step and i see ERROR ------ has not change,that is when i Edit" then copy from "http://" to "=" and paste it in your browser.while the Bat file was click inside the folder of Wget still no result used my second pc have the same thing

Dumb question but if your ip changes all you have to do is download the same script and replace it with the older one in the wget.exe folder?
