Try only crypting your file.
Don't use the binder.
The same error happens to me with every file I try to crypt . No other options checked , just file to crypt and RC4 encryption . Tried EOF on/off , RC4/TripleDES . No luck . I'm using Windows 7 32bit . Your crypter allways worked fine for me till the latest stub.

To change icon you must click change Icon then pick your icon. After that uncheck it again and it will work...🤗
