Now any skid can decode/decrypt it, now that you named the encoding..

What's with the encryption?
I choose it because it's VERY easy to understand that it is Base64, and I encrypt it because of the google bot (=

When you try to upload a PHP shell it gives you a security alert.
When you try to upload anything with a different extension, it gives you a 500 internal server error.

This is useless.
