For some reason it's not auto-login me in anymore.

Plus I have a new PC so it'll be great if I can get a HWID reset to my new PC. :)

Unfortunately you do need a PC to run it. It's a .exe file so unless you can run a .exe from your phone, I'm pretty sure you'll need a computer haha. 😝

I tried it on a mac running vmware fusion and it won't run. I also tried it on a Win7 PC and got a Win32 error?

Could you take a screenshot of the error and send it to me? You definitely shouldn't have any problems running it on a Windows PC.
