Does this have to deal with/involve just binding you're steam stealer/RAT to a csgo cheat/hack and spread it that way?

I have never understood how someone can charge 50USD for a eBook that will no doubt get leaked and or saturated, When most software on here sells for around 20usd for lifetime or monthly subs.
