That being said, do you know any that can knock off at least home connections reliably that are affordable? I've been looking around but everything I find has some absurd TOS like "we can shut this down tomorrow if we want and you can't get your money back".

vDos is reliable. I've been using it the past year & never had a problem hitting off a home connection.

I have also heard some people talk about Power Stresser being reliable but I have never used it.

People on this forum need to be AWARE and COMPETENT about the booter situation. No booter was codded by some "top notch hacker/programmer" that you see in any action heist/robbery movie. 95% of the booters on HF consist of a tree of hand-me-down source code that is already outdated and just pure shit.

Quite not true, I coded vDos's (vDos-s.com) source from scratch. there are still some knowledgeable members who are still around and familiar with the SST industry such as Horny, Spai3N and Fluffy.

The best thing out of a booter that you will get is taking out a home connection, and even then most booters still can't do that.

Almost every single one claims that it can carry an attack of OVER 200 Gbps. Do you know how crazy of a fucking claim that is? If this were even close to being true, almost every booter on HF would be able to take out a medium to somewhat high end website or game server; sadly this is never the case.

I'm afraid you're wrong, this is 2015, launching a 200Gbps attack is now easier than ever, a dedicated server which connected to a 1Gbps network costs somewhere between 50 to 150 dollars (10TB of bandwidth, unmetered servers costs a lot more than that). a 1G dedi can theoretically generate about 30.8Gbps of SSDP traffic (1000Mb/s*30.8) and 28-54 Gbps using DNS amplification. therefore, you'll need about 7 servers (considering each one of them would be connected to a private 1g line) to launch launch this sort of attack.

I'm pretty sure 90% of the booters would be able to hit offline a simple home connection considering the fact that you'd need less than 500Mbps to take an average home connection offline.

If you'd ask me, I'd say 5-8Gbps is more than enough to take down a simple home connection and most servers (I'm not talking about DDoS protected ones).

Not sure about other booters but vDos lives up to its claims. It can take down medium to large websites.

Obviously there are good and bad booters, you just have to figure out which is the good one.

I have to agree with this thread. Infact a lot of the booters on this site (I'm not going to name any) will only take out about 60% of home connections. That's pretty bad if you ask me.
