Something I've talked to Froggy about and she's thought about it a few times is the ability to vote in the poll but unable to post in the thread itself. It removes drama, LQP, and bullshit. I get that people will make a thread and make the drama there but staff can make it a strict rule to not do that and start handing out warnings. If it's a strict rule, not many will do it.

Pretty sure MyBB has the ability to do that. I also believe the poll settings should allow for revotes as people get DQed and people would want to revote.

Removing posts won't remove the drama, people will bitch about it outside of the thread regardless. Personally I don't want to see MotM brought back. I wanted to be on the poll for ages then when I finally got nominated it just became a big shit storm of everyone else in the poll begging for votes and making it all into something retarded.
