The Cryptor is Awsumm !! but if there was no restriction on .net framwork i could have got more then 500 Vic !! ... i have to provide a .net framwork to every1 who i send my rat ...

Wasent even sure how to really uncrypt this but I just took a wild guess and started searching on google and used my instincts but finally got it and was my first decrypt ever :3! So thanks again for the DL!
