the only reason why i have my groups is because of money.

not even gonna lie about it l0l.

im 2 busy to give a fuck about helping the group scene anymore, the only way i contribute is by running active groups for the money i make from them.

im not hired or paid by anybody to help the group scene on here, if i do help out then its because of my own kindness.

Yeah and I'm happy for you that you make money, but like you said, "I contribute by running active groups for the money." No big deal to me why you get a group or still have one, but at least you do something with it. You make your groups decent where as people who are only about the money and don't care seem to think they can let their groups be shit and make money. If they really wanted money... they would've put effort into the group like you.

It is thoughts like that which make people dislike usergroups. Just because I buy a big ass $7k TV doesn't mean I will make money off of it. But I can still enjoy the entertainment of it. If people thought about groups more like that, there wouldn't be as much hate and groups who actually do something like Titans wouldn't be thrown in with the same stereotypical assumption that group do nothing and are a waste.

It's okay to make money, I wouldn't ever discourage people from making money. But make your group worth something and do something and not be shit. If you sell spots or products and just have the 60+ members vouch that it's the best group but the sub-forum is dead and you don't do anything with the group, it's a waste. You just wasted $7k+ for a few hundred bucks... maybe even two thousand. But now you are hated, your group is hated, and you start drama all because you looked at the group as just something to make you money.

Don't own a group or even lead a group to make money. Maybe that's your end goal, but own/lead it to have fun. Because if you aren't having fun, then you aren't doing it right.

I like usergroups. I've even been a part of my fair share of them. It is just I would not want to drop that kind of money on a stupid internet site and get fuck all in return.

Also most usergroups are full of try hards trying to be "HQ". It give me some sort of second-hand embarrassment. So I guess in that aspect I do dislike some.

This is why I like Vinnie. He is not trying to be 'hq' like the rest but he still owns two of the most successful groups on the site. You guys could learn a thing or two from him to not look like such wankers.
