Hey, very cool of you to do this, would love to participate in this contest. I believe i am a HQ member, every year on my free times i did try my best with no profit giving HF community free stuffs, this includes regular members as well, dunno what to say more, it would be nice to be a leet, you can check my past threads and posts to determine whether im enough HQ user or not.

Only "HQ" members are allowed to join. Means that he will randomly choose a HQ member.
