Hope you get your money back OP. Really hope that PayPal could side with you. I remember I got scammed for $35 for a Amazon Gift Card that I've never received. PayPal didn't side with me, since it was through Friends and Family and it was a virtual item. But, I hope you get this resolved.

The method he used is teached in almost the same way (only not doing it on HF) in a blackhat ebook which is sold here on HF....
I wrote with tz4bu and i think he is not scamming me. The scammer is Chefen! But tz4bu is also some kind of silly user. We were investigating the problem. He told me we can go 50-50 on the loss to solve this. - i paid 210$, 50% is 105$ - He wants to pay me back 90$ BTC cause 15% fee - I agreed to 91$ cause -15% fee and then he told he wont send BTC only PP but AFTER i unlocked his PP account LOL Maybe he is doing an inside job with Chefen - i dont know. So DEAL WITH CAUTION till this is solved!

That PayPal email belongs to tz4bu and here's what likely happened as its happened to me before. Chefen contacted tz4bu for an exchange. tz4bu gave him his paypal email chefon gave you tz4bu's paypal email you bought chefen his btc for him Chefen scammed you and not tz4bu. You need to understand that. When you do you'll be able to see whats going on. Chefen is at fault here and you should have verified his funds... tz4bu doesn't owe you a single penny. You need to take the loss. If tz4bu won that dispute, all that means is he did what he had to do to make sure his exchange with Chefen went smoothly which it did. It's sad that there are scammers, but you shouldn't be blaming tz4bu. Do you understand what I'm trying to say?

I'm willing to take 50% of MY money that is on YOUR paypal back and remove u from this dispute. Feel free to ask Chefen (u just said u had an exchange with him) to get your BTC back. You keept asking for money first and you was very rude with me. Now is too late, I realised that is not my fault.
