Everything should be updated. I can't add the Pirates banner in its full size because the dimensions are completely off. Every other group banner is wider than it is taller. Yours is square. At full size, it takes up half of the post. That ain't gonna fly. It stays at 250 pixels until I can get a horizontal banner.
