I'm not sure if that would legally cover you in any real event. If you want to host a true service make sure to speak to a lawyer about a solid TOS. Should cost around $150 to get a solid one written up by an actual lawyer. Also, spelling mistakes should be fixed.

I have already paid $400+ for legal documents for similar services. I was not sure if i would take this service up to a point where anything like that would even be worthwhile, which is why i just knocked a quick thing up my self, for now...

Thanks for your advice though.

Might just be me, but the animation seems to bug the width of the page on my phone, normal size, then jolts smaller.
