Are you aware of what an exploit is? I don't think so.

Ask them if they have bug bounty program or something and they maybe get you some serious $$. (but first get 3d printer :D)

well the thing is most of there sellers and customer support is not very fluent in english

the response was

'how we can help'

'payment makes product'
me - no an exploit
'we are sorry but payment is the only option'
