the sad part is that when someone comes to aa to ask to get a ban unlifted, the rudeness from the staff is something shocking...
i was quewing in chat for support and some user joined asking if he could talk to an admin to get his account unbanned as he was just banned after 3 hours of using it.. just because he didnt know what he was doing and complained to support(which is completely normal! if someone is new to the site and doesent know where to look!)
but anyways
the way the staff made fun of that guy was just terrible
told him to go fuck himself and he had to pay them such much more
but they insulted him soo badly... and i honestly dont know why they are soo rude to people
i mean this is to the staff of AA...
dont you think you guys cross the line abit?
dont you think its abit your fault sometimes too?
because from what im seeing its not only one or two peeps complaining... its an insane amount lol
and no other hack forums has this problem..
just a thought of mind
and if you ban me for just stating facts lol go ahead...

not saying anything against the client...which i like
and honestly snjoy
its just my piece of mind to maybe changing the behaviour of the staff in the AA comunity?

They banned me on AA for posting here relating to the Rust framework being a hoax when I was just copy pasting what one of the moderators told me. If you notice I was speaking in first person when I have nothing to do with AA staff.

I joined their support channel this morning. Asked for a switch from rust. They switched it to rainbow six siege and even added 2 weeks to my sub! I guess it pays to act like an adult with them.

I don't really have a real (present) complaint against AA other than them maintaining that the Rust hack was perfectly fine despite a massive wave of ban reports for quite some time and that any detections must have been solely been from user error. They eventually conceded this though, so now I'm happy, but maybe they should increase their hack QA team or whatever to a few more people and systems for a broader representation. Nothing against Haruhi personally as he tends to be pretty chill, but being told it must have been my fault when I followed every step perfectly for about a week and never even used the aimbot, speedhack, or jumphack (just ESP) was more than a bit frustrating. You can see some of my other comments on AA in a few of the more recent threads here, I'd invite people looking to purchase to look over them. I can't post links yet as I need fifty posts though.
Overall, they are a decent enough hack company for what you pay and the hack itself is fairly good despite the recent detection issues, though improvements could be made and CS can only benefit from being a bit more professional and understanding in some matters. I'm not sure I approve of them banning people from using their services simply for criticizing aspects of how they run their business outside of their forums as seen above in this thread, but it is their company and their rules in the end.

I am pretty sure you are leaving something out of this because the staff treat people they way they treat them, so if you are an adult with them they will treat you in the same way. Since you probably don't know and we don't know why the guy was previously banned and you have no idea how he may have treated the staff i guess we have to assume by your post the guy must have been a real dick because the live chat is always open and so are the forums for support. Doing a chargeback because you don't ask for help isn't going to get you anywhere, its just going to get you a perm ban. As an adult how can you later complain they ban you again because the last time you basically tried to use the software and then opened a dispute after you used it. Its called stealing in my eyes. You can look over the years its always the same thing. People don't take the time to write down a post saying hey i need help or join the live support and request it. They simply open a dispute with paypal because they aren't computer savy and then decide to come back later on because they know its not a scam probably because there buddy uses it or some shit and they feel stupid they couldn't understand or take the time to read or really ask for help. In the end being patience does miracles.

Act mature? My ban was applied due to a discussion OUTSIDE of the AA community, and you're telling me to act mature?
I actually am not a frequent HF user my self. But as to all generalization in the world with species, races and ethnics, you cannot generalize a user just because it is posting on a community. It's like me, saying russians(or americans or whatever it's just an example) are all cunts. No. So to the "acting like most kids here", I saw a thread being posted about a discussion I had with a moderator that was faking such proof, I limited my self to copy paste what he said here so HF users wouldn't get scammed.
I got my money back plus got another subscription running, who cares?
I talked to HelioS about the Rust hack actually. All he said was it was undetected. He of all people know that EAC only bans for known signatures. The rust module has been detected for ages now. Now stop making accounts just to post here and back up AA disclosure threads. 🤝
