Yes you can. It randomly uses email accounts that you add for each email that is being sent.

You have to disable your antivirus and firewall.

I believe this has been fixed now.
For best results, use your own account emails. Also, disable any email account securities you have such as 2-Step Verifications, etc. to avoid any problems.
Just bought this, will update after I use it for a while.
You can now also use nested spintax where you can put spintax in a spintax.
An example would be:
