So why do users who are sometimes downgraded by Omni from UB3R to L33T still have their Sapphire of UB3R award. Is it some kind of a mistake or is it supposed to stay?

I never seen this. Do you have anything that can back this up?
Also, it could probably be that omni forgets to remove the award?

I never seen someone downgrade O.o
I'm pretty sure you can just choose your visible usergroup via the userCP

It has happened a few times, I seen people lose their Ub3r ranks, and got downgraded to L33T.

Clearly he must of violated some rule, that caused him to be RKO'ed and downgraded.

I do find this really funny too, wow.
