Good question. Right now it's set that you can get either depending on my chance function. That's the only section you can get the Poke Ball award but you can also get the Clover awards. It's a much higher chance that you'll win the Poke Ball though.

I think it will be like the clover :) but omniscent might increase the difficulty over time as people get it. i think that how it will happen in my perspective.
