Only rent + basic living expenses. Comes out to around $1.5k a month. No debt, no car, no major expenses.

You should look into investing. Seriously, you can afford to do some high risk even if you wanted. Or okay it ssafe and do some mutual funds in industries where there is a uprising trend. You could easily turn that to so much more.
