IF PayPal payment by me should ever be reversed by PayPal, which never has happened nor ever will by my estimation, then I will refund the person on the receiving end in full.
As for issues with the account of the recipient, I think it's very unlikely that their account wi be limited when my own barely gets any limiations or issues.

That sounds fair enough but I'd like to keep this community alert open to prevent anything from slipping by. You know full well yourself that your account isn't in the best standing and it hasn't been for a week or so, so there is probable cause for my apparent stubbornness.

Though, how can you estimate that the recipient of your payments won't face any trouble with their account getting limited? It's an inevitable by-product of dealing with stealth PayPal accounts. Also, please work on being timely with your end of the deal. The deal dispute that brought me to post this thread wasn't the first deal dispute on the issue.

My gripe with Mons' use of stealth PayPal accounts isn't with the fact that he's using stealth PayPal accounts, it's that problems have arose because of that fact.

And there's no real proof apart from the jokes that I put out that would point to me using stealth PayPal accounts. I've not touched a single one in my life.

Two or more of his customers have had to wait hours/days for Mons to send his PP funds to fulfill his end of the deal. That's not ideal.
