I can guarantee that Regulus hasn't sold his account however Bullets has tried to blackmail him and buy it in the past.
Regulus would have never sold his account especially mid conversation with me on a topic.

The connections are the rat, the rep, and the same posting style. He isn't even trying to cover his tracks so if you look at this for a few more minutes you'll see it. He was even trying to do an exchange with the same posting style and same exact amount on Sup?'s account so he's not trying to cover his tracks or anything.

You know more about his situation than me, but since neither of us knows for sure what's going on let's just say Bullets keep going with the blackmail angle.

Are we really 100% sure that there was no way he could be extorted out of his account? What if he found his dox, or something that Regulus would never want the world to know about or he was threatening to swat him or expose something to his family? Would he give up his account then?

I know to you it probably seems like a 1% chance this would happen compared to the RAT case, but I think it's still possible that's how he got Regulus' account.
