this is proof your program is not working, both on windows 10 and windows 8.1, I need a refund of my money because i am not going to exercise one patience with you anymore.. I told you about my issue and all you tell me is tha your prgram works, you are not even bothered customer is having a problem using your programs, which brings red flag for me.

I do not trust you or your program, take back your license and refund me.
