I have one question, if the persons password is in other language, not english I think the program don't do the job yes ? :) Thanks

No, it's still very well possible since password lists have millions upon millions of entries.

Yes, it will run perfectly fine on a VPS. As long as you can run basic applications you'll be fine. Password lists are provided with the program, yes.
